Local Links
Thornbury.org.uk
Philip Clarke has created a very neat and well presented
site here. It currently acts as a 'portal' to a variety
of sites with links to Thornbury, but will grow as
more content is added and it starts to take on a life
of its own. The line drawing of St. Mary's church
is by Carol Bwye, some of whose works are featured
on the site.

The Chantry
The Chantry will be well known to a
lot of Falcons, as some of the teams play there and
the committee makes use of its function rooms (and
bar!). This website is part of its efforts to be the
main centre of social activity in the area.

Fun and Games
Samuel Peppin plays for our U11 team, and his family
have a brilliant toy shop on St. Mary Street (opposite
the short stay car park). Alternatively, if it is
raining, you can order from them online. Either way,
give them a visit.

The Knowhere Guide
to Thornbury
Came across this when I put 'Thornbury'
into a search engine. It offers an interesting, but
not very flattering view of Thornbury. You can contribute
to it yourself if you wish!

Thornbury Rugby Club
If football 365, 24/7 is not your thing, then you
may be interested in our friendly local Rugby Club,
which fields several teams and has a large active
Junior Section. Here you see the First Team practicing
scrummaging technique.
